Roll-out
One Store, Then Thirty
Why we design a brand's first store as the start of a system, and what that means for brands opening many locations.
The first store sets the language
A flagship is where a brand’s spatial identity is decided: the materials, the colours, the hero element and the way customers move through the space. We design it knowing it will be repeated.
Turn decisions into a kit
Display units, counters, signage zones, lighting and key details are standardised into a set of parts. The kit adapts to different unit sizes, malls and countries without losing what makes the brand recognisable.
Faster, more consistent stores
With the kit in place, each new store is a matter of fitting the system to the site, preparing the drawings and getting mall approval. Brands get stores that feel the same across cities, with less time and fewer surprises on site.
Our experience
We have designed more than 30 stores for over 10 brands across Malaysia and Singapore, including repeat programmes for The Travel Store, Padi House and Echolac.
The Travel Store flagship at Suria KLCC, completed in October 2025, is the latest chapter of that system.
